Administrative Association of "Dauerwang" Commercial Area
The City of Aalen and the Municipality of Essingen created 1988, along with the Administration Association of Dauerwang, a common inter-community commerce area.

Position and size:
The area is located on the B29 federal road - which connects the region to Stuttgart - between Essingen and Aalen in the center of Eastern Württemberg.
The area covers approximately 41.6 hectares.
Location:
The area is suitable for industrial concerns which have a future-oriented outlook. The cuts of the properties are flexible, making the commercial area attractive to all kinds of different of industries. Co-operations and synergy with already existing enterprises are possible. The area is crisscrossed by different streams as well, which give it a very appealing look.
Infrastructure:
